13 Months Later

Well, just because I have not posted here in over a year, does NOT mean I’ve given up my goals of weight loss.  In January I joined Weight Watchers and have been on the Points Plus plan for nearly six months.  There have been ups and downs, but mostly downs thank goodness!!
I don’t think I have ever been on any kind of diet for six months!  I think the key is counting points instead of calories.  I HATE counting calories!  Points are much easier.  Plus, fresh fruit and veggies are 0 points which means I can have as much as I want.  Of course, they are more filling as well, so I don’t want as much.  Sneaky, huh?
